As a woman, who overcame some unplanned setbacks in life, I threw caution to the wind 7 yrs ago and said:

 "Forget this! I am going to have an alpaca farm and live happily ever after!"

What started out as an FFA project, as a young girl, is now the simple and sweet farm life of my dreams! Each day is spent appreciating the small things, cherishing life's blessings, and going at a slower pace with my herd of 13 alpacas, 5 dogs, and 3 cats. 

Running the farm on a lot of love, laughter, and patience!
